Regional Sales Support Executive
Role Purpose:
This role focus on Singapore, South East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. It is critical to ensuring excellent customer service and seamless internal sales processes. It will serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing order processing, returns (RMAs), quotations, and customer follow-ups. Moreover, will also receive training on our products, applications, and target markets to effectively support the sales team and customers.
Major Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Responsible region: Singapore, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and availability
- Order Processing:
- Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt fulfillment
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Management:
- Handle RMA requests by coordinating returns, replacements, or repairs with relevant departments
- Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the RMA process
- Quotations and Follow-ups:
- Prepare and issue customer quotations based on requirements and pricing guidelines
- Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes and inquiries to convert them into sales
- Training and Product Knowledge:
- Undergo training to gain a strong understanding of company products, applications, and target markets
- Utilize this knowledge to better assist customers and support the sales team
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with regional Technical Sales Specialists to ensure alignment with sales strategies and customer needs
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and technical support to address customer issues effectively
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or related role
- Experience in the South East Asia and/or ANZ markets is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems for order and customer management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
