GENERAL OVERVIEW
As an IT specialist specializing in system integration (m/f/d), you will ensure that the IT technology in the company runs smoothly. You will design and implement complex IT technology systems by integrating software components and manage them. If you decide to do this apprenticeship, you should not only enjoy information technology and engineering, but also have grit and perseverance.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN YOU / QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A good secondary school leaving certificate (at least a technical college entrance qualification)
- Enjoyment of technology and information technology
- Strong interest in computer systems, software and hardware
- Good grades in math, computer science and English
- Possibly initial experience in programming languages and/or assembling a computer
- Careful and accurate way of working
- School grades are important, but not everything. We attach just as much importance to team spirit, commitment, enjoyment of work and the will to get things moving.
DURATION OF TRAINING / SCHEDULE
Practical phases: Pepperl+Fuchs company headquarters in Mannheim;
Theoretical phases/vocational school lessons: Werner von Siemens School in Mannheim
LOCATIONS
The training starts on September 1 each year and takes 3 years.
